This is another rough concept piece for a personal project - a short film based on a poem. In this image the girl and child have fallen asleep at the prow of the boat.
( The work is original but the mother's face was based on the faces of several paintings by Katie M Berggrenn. I was looking for a loving mother type face and she has some awesome traditional work.)
